Amazon returns are quick and painless here. Most people are in and out in under two minutes.
Start Your Return on Amazon
Go to your Amazon orders, select the item you want to return, and choose the "drop off" option. Amazon will give you a QR code or a shipping label.
Bring It to Us
Walk in with your item and your QR code (on your phone is fine). If Amazon gave you a label, just stick it on the package. If not, we'll handle it.
We Take Care of the Rest
We'll scan your code, package the item if needed, and send it on its way. You'll get confirmation from Amazon once it's processed. That's it — you're done.
Common Questions
Do I need to bring a box?
Usually not. For most Amazon returns, you just bring the item and your QR code — we'll package it up for you at no charge. Some returns do require the original packaging, but Amazon will tell you that during the return process.
Do I need to print a label?
Nope. If Amazon gave you a QR code, just pull it up on your phone. We'll scan it and take it from there. If Amazon gave you a printable label, you can either print it yourself or we can print it here.
Does it cost anything?
The drop-off is free. Amazon covers the return shipping. If your item needs special packing beyond what's standard, there might be a small packing fee, but we'll let you know upfront.
How long until Amazon processes my refund?
Amazon typically processes your refund within a few days after they receive the item. You'll get an email from Amazon confirming the return and another when the refund is issued.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed. Just walk in during business hours — Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Bring your item and your QR code and you're good to go.
Which carriers do Amazon returns go through?
It depends on what Amazon assigns. Most go through UPS or FedEx — and since we're authorized for both, your return ships out the same day if you drop off before the carrier pickup time.
