Questions We Hear a Lot
How long does the switch take?
Most services are up and running within a few business days. Payment processing can be same-day. Technology projects depend on scope, but we give you a clear timeline before we start.
Will I have downtime during the transition?
We plan every transition to avoid disruption. For payment processing, there's zero downtime — we set up the new system alongside the old one and switch seamlessly.
What if I only need one service?
That's perfectly fine. You don't have to bundle anything. Plenty of our customers use us for just shipping, or just print, or just payment processing. Use what you need.
Do you really have no contracts?
Really. We do month-to-month on everything. If we're not saving you money or giving you great service, you should be free to leave. We think that keeps us honest.
How are you able to offer free equipment?
We work directly with manufacturers and processors who provide equipment as part of the service relationship. Our volume and partnerships let us pass those savings to you.
Can you handle businesses outside Northern Minnesota?
We typically don't service businesses outside of our standard area due to logistics. Our in-person services — print, shipping, and walk-in tech support — are local to our Thief River Falls and Roseau locations.
