Born from a Simple Frustration
In 2015, we watched too many local businesses sign up with national providers who promised the world and delivered headaches — locked into long-term contracts with rates that crept up every quarter, calling support lines that never actually solved anything.
We knew there was a better way. So we built Robin Hood Business Services on a simple idea: give local businesses the same quality technology and processing that big chains get, but with honest pricing, zero contracts, and a real person who picks up the phone.
That idea has taken us from a single office in Thief River Falls to two locations across Northern Minnesota. And we still answer the phone the same way we did on day one.
Meet Scott Fricke
Scott founded Robin Hood Business Services because he saw first-hand how national providers were treating local businesses — long contracts, hidden fees, and support lines that went nowhere.
A Northern Minnesota native, Scott built RHBS on the belief that business should be done on a handshake. He's the guy who answers your call, shows up to troubleshoot your network, and makes sure your credit card terminal is working before the morning rush.
